As part of “aunt duties” during the current Covid-19 lockdown I am spending some time on Zoom with my nephew and nieces each week, either helping out with school set lessons, or just entertaining them. As the younger niece has her paternal great-grandmother’s name as her middle name we could fill in one on that side. I have asked them to find out the names of the three missing great-grandparents from their Daddy this week.
The girls seemed to really enjoy seeing pictures of the previous generations, and my elder niece was intrigued by a photo of her, her Mum, her Grandma and her namesake great-grandmother.
